What happens if there’s bad weather?

If inclement weather is forecasted for the day of your picnic, don't worry! We are happy to reschedule your picnic free of charge within 3 months of your original booking date, based on availability. If there is active inclement weather on the day of your picnic, you may choose to reschedule up to 3 hour before your scheduled start time.

If you choose to cancel due to inclement weather, you must notify us before your picnic setup begins to be eligible for an 80% refund. Once setup has started (3 hrs before picnic start time), refunds will not be issued. If you decide to proceed with your picnic despite the weather, refunds will not be issued.

We will closely monitor weather conditions and communicate with you in advance if there are any concerns.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require a down payment at the time of booking. However, I understand life is unpredictable. You are able to cancel for a full refund, or reschedule 7 days in advance. If you are unable to notify me 7 days in advance and still need to cancel, you will be charged 20% of your booking total.

Can I leave early?

Absolutely! If you want to leave before your 2 hours is up, I just ask that you call or text me. This ensures the items are not left unattended.

You are responsible for any stolen/damaged items during your two hour time window.

Can I bring my own snacks/food?

Yes, of course!

Can I light up the candles?

No, the candles are just for the tablescape decorative effect. I strongly discourage the parties to lite up candles, to avoid potential risk of fire.

Can I bring an extra person?

Yes, you definitely can add a person to your party at a charge, but we request you inform us in advance so we can provide the correct amount of seating, plates, napkins, glasses, etc.

Where can I have my picnic?

You can have your picnic just about anywhere! I have multiple public parks to choose from when booking, or you can pick a spot you love (within Utah County, further distances require travel fees). This could even be your own backyard! Let me know what you’re thinking, and I can help find the perfect spot!

What if I break something?

We are happy to clean up after you, that’s part of our service! However, if there is irreparable damage to our equipment, then an additional fee will apply.

What if my party or me are running late for my picnic?

If you are late to your picnic, unfortunately I will not be able to extend your picnic time. I have others clients to attend to. If you are more than 30 minutes late, I reserve the right to pack up your picnic and not reschedule or refund you.
